Dealer’s customer, Bottleneck Management, was undertaking a very aggressive project that would boast 120 faucets. The keg cooler would have to service three bars in the restaurant.

This would automatically make the Old Town Pour House the top bar in Chicago with its draft count. Evaporator coils were being located on the right wall of cooler. Beer conduits would come into the cooler overhead from the left wall. The final design for the cooler safely holds 144 half barrels and 80 sixtel barrels. Single Deep Keg Shelves wrap the side walls of the cooler.  A Double Deep/Rocket Combination Keg Shelf Island unit with a Front Facing Beverage panel takes its place in the center of the cooler. This is a look down both aisles in the cooler. With the raised panels included on the keg rack units, we increased the mounting space for the beverage control panels to 87 linear feet.
