Ark Restaurant Group was remodeling some of their restaurants / bars at this casino. They wanted to add more draft lines but they were stymied by their lack of storage space in the cooler. As you can see by the before picture, the existing shelving is bent, leaning and in some cases unusable with beer lines draped over the front of the shelf. We installed our Double Deep Keg shelf with a sanitary shelf at 6.5” AFF. The effect was immediate. We could store 44 tappable kegs were the operator could only store 20 kegs. In 2011, AC Beverage called us again as they needed help with another area for this customer and asked us to design a solution for the new area. For this section, we installed an L – Shaped single deep keg shelf with a sanitary shelf and raised beverage panels at the top. There was a chain link fence behind a section of shelving so they needed a way to place the beer controls on a solid surface. The result was a solid platform with reachable beverage controls.
