Our shelving is designed to be modular and can be refitted for another application as customer’s requirements can change. This franchisee ended up putting more concentration into having a larger bottled beer selection than previous Mellow Mushroom locations that we’ve provided storage for and ended up needing the storage solution revised. In order to accommodate the increased amount of bottle storage, 2 sections of shelving at the far end of the cooler were reworked to incorporate the existing 2ft deep light duty bottle storage shelves on-site and replace the Double Deep keg shelf with multiple tiers of 30” deep light duty shelves while the tapped kegs still remain on the floor below. Final design accommodated 96.6 sq. ft. of bottle storage or the equivalent of 350+ individual 6-packs of beer.
