In this project, Giordano’s Oak Brook, IL location, the cooler space was large enough to accommodate the storage levels required. However, as shown in the split image, the space was crowded, messy, and unorganized. Our solution for this space is simple a Single Deep Keg Shelf at the back wall with two Rocket Deep Shelves, one on the right wall and the other on the left. All Keg Shelves are at Keg Dolly height. In a space this small keg dollies make it possible to stand in the entryway to the space and roll the empty kegs out, replace them with fresh ones, then simply roll them back into position. Tight spaces make it very difficult to manage inventory levels, especially when the products weigh up to 160lbs., when full.
