With the narrow and long cooler’s footprint and number of taps and cases of beer to store, the best configuration was Single Deep keg shelving @ 31.5” AFF with a case shelf @ 67.5” AFF for the left wall. The right wall shelving has 2 evaporator coils suspended above so a keg shelf with a top shelf wasn’t a solution we could use. Instead the rear half of the cooler’s right wall is just Single Deep keg shelf @ 31.5” AFF, the front half is a Single Deep No-Lift solution with kegs on the floor with bulk case storage @ 43.5” AFF.
