We received a call from Paul Leongas, owner of The Curragh located in Edison Park Chicago, to help him store his beer products better than he currently was in the walk-in cooler at the pub. This is the second location of Paul’s that we have provided one of our custom beer storage solutions for. The Curragh had added some additional tap handles and would need to safely accommodate the additional kegs being stored, all while still using the same cooler size as before. Paul also wanted to have shelving that would help diversify and separate his beer and wine cases/bottle storage, as they were being stored in bulk together in the same area. One of the beers on tap that required more kegs stored than most at this location is Guinness; it has 3 taps by itself.  In order to maintain enough kegs in place for tapping while not clogging the aisle, we extended the Double Deep Keg Shelving down beyond the wall edge where the taps stop and partially in front of the case storage area. The delivery and installation was done on a Monday morning, which helped us because the cooler was at its lowest amounts of storage. This is also when the pictures were taken. Easy to believe that this cooler was full by the end of the week, but now all of the kegs would be accessible and easy to switch out on busy nights.
