This project is the Orland Park, IL location for BWW. It has a very similar layout to the majority of BWWs that we have provided equipment for. Before undertaking this project we requested that they participate in a Draft Beer Analysis (DBA). DBAs help the customer by showing them what is selling the most. In addition, to telling you what is selling, it will also tell you what is not. This makes for better ordering and storage levels overall. The right wall in this cooler is Single Deep Keg Shelving with a Raised Case Shelf with a section of Light Duty on the door wall right. The left wall has a four wide Double Deep Keg Shelf in the back corner, with a bulk case storage and a top Light Duty Shelf, at door wall right.
