Brookland Pint Project Name: Brookland Pint – Washington, D.C. Year Completed: 2014 Point of Specification: Adams-Burch – Landover, MD Profiles Utilized: XLD(6) Cooler Size: 90″ W x 28″ D x 108″ H Storage Capacity: 50 Sq.ft. Misc. Bottle Storage This was the 3rd location for John and he had some very specific needs that set this project apart from others we had done previously. “The purpose is to display high end, large format bottles of beer. The cooler will be front and center, putting all my highest priced beer on display.” – John Andrade. With the full glass display cooler’s footprint being only 90” wide x 28” deep we had to design a wrap-around shelving solution that could be functional and aesthetically pleasing. The top of the windows topped out at 9’ above the floor. We had to maximize the window’s opening without making the top row impossible to reach. Our finished product is 10” deep light duty shelving in a Matte Black powder coat finish. The top shelf is 94-1/4” above the floor and continues down by 14” for every shelf. There is a total of 50 sq ft of individual bottle storage in this space. ﷯
