The F&B Director of the Historic Broadmoor Hotel was facing several challenges and called us for help. The Broadmoor was doing a remodel of 1 section of the hotel and needed to clean up and organize their beer cooler. As the before picture shows the kegs that are double stacked, blocked aisle, and the existing shelving left open spaces and stored product at several different heights. Our solution for this project was to place along the right wall a Single Deep Keg Shelf, while the left wall is Double Deep Keg Shelving with a 24″ Light Duty top shelf, and a Single Deep Bolt Between at the back wall. This placed all the tapped kegs on the right with back up kegs and case products on the left. The faster movers are stored along the floor for easier replacement.
